About Our Property Management

Mill City Properties offers property management services to both property owners and investors. Whether you have a few units or a few hundred units we are fully equipped to service you. We offer a host of property management services including:

1) Complete Property Management. This service includes everything from renting apartments through tenant screening: filling vacancies, collecting rent, handling security deposits, making all necessary repairs & improvements, dealing with tenants, solving problems, legal and eviction services, etc.

At the end of the year we provide the owner/investor with a detailed summary of income and expenses which is already formatted in "Schedule E" Format. (We can even have your tax return prepared, if you desire)

2) A'La Cart Property Management. We can also provide any combination of the services listed above. We can fill a vacancy, perform electrical repairs, or completely renovate your apartment or property.
